Conditions

The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from Sizzino.com (owned by Deriman Oy Ltd.) - Hereafter just called Sizzino.com.

Prices

We are subject to errors in the stated prices. All the quoted prices are inclusive of VAT. Sizzino.com can change the prices given at any time, if necessary.

Delivery of Products

The preparation time for all the orders and products is one to two business days before shipping from our warehouse. Except here are goods where it is stated that it is an order item with a longer delivery time. Normal delivery time to addresses in Europe is 3-6 working days. All items are shipped with GLS, UPS, SEUR, DHL or national postal service.
Selecting 24 hrs shipping we will not guarantee that your order will arrive in 24 hrs after the order is placed, but it will arrive in 24 hrs after the shipping date. The delivery time will depend on the selected shipping company and the country of destination. Bear in mind that the indicated delivery time is approximate and refers to business days, excluding weekends and official holidays.

We ship packages to all of Europe and you can always trace the full path of your order with parcel tracking number.

Shipping cost


After you have filled your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, in section 3 you will then
be shown different couriers and post and the exact delivery charges involved, before you
finalise your order.  The shipping cost depends on the courier company, the size and
weight of ordered item and the country to which they are to be sent.

Payment

In Sizzino.com you can order your items online and pay with Visa cards, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. The money is deducted when the order processing is in progress.

How do you pay on PayPal without an account?
Pay with Debit or Credit Card


Proceed to Checkout, enter your personal information, address and select shipping method.
Next in section 4 Payment select “Pay with PayPal” and click “Pay”.
In new window you need to select “Pay with Credit or Debit card”.
Sometimes you need to select an option “Create an Account” or “Guest checkout” or “Pay with Credit Card”.
Selecting one of these options you can proceed to pay with your credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account.
In new window which opens enter your card information and select “No, I don’t want an account now” and select “Pay Now”.

How should you proceed when receiving the order?

All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.
The first thing you should do is check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Second, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier's delivery note, either on paper or digital support (PDA), "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.

Always check immediately the condition of the product you purchased

When you receive ordered goods, you need to check immediately with great care that they are intact, no signs of damage and work as it should. If you find deficiency, you must report that to Sizzino.com in 48 hours. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it for a refund. Contact customer service on [email protected]

Missing in package

If the contents of the package do not match the accompanying invoice, you must inform within 48 hours sizzino.com. If not, the right to object to defective or erroneous delivery is forfeited. Contact customer service on [email protected]

What happens if you do not collect your order?

When an order is not picked up by the recipient, for example you have given us incorrect or incomplete address, email address, telephone number or don’t want to receive it, it is returned to our warehouse. Once we have received it back in our warehouse, it is managed automatically and then passed onto the administration department to process the refund. The order shipment and the return to the warehouse entail transportation expenses, which the person who placed the order must pay for. Consequently, you will receive a refund corresponding to the order return minus the two-way delivery expenses. Keep in mind that this management process can last several days.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like an exchange, you return us back the product to the address below. Read our Return policy. Once we receive the product, we will give you a full refund for it, including the original shipping charges. Then (or even beforehand, if desired), you should place an order for the product you would actually like through the regular process.

Right of cancellation and refund of your money

If the goods are unused, orders can be returned within 14 days after receival.
Exception are hygiene and intimate products, health and beauty products and cosmetics and perfumes; we only accept unopened, unused products for a refund for hygiene reasons. E.g.  if the plastic protective consumer seal is removed it is considered a used item.
Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition with all original packaging to qualify.     You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received, and your refund is being processed. A full refund will be made to your card or PayPal account depending on your payment method.

Return policy

You must send the unused goods in their original packages back within 14 days of receival and informing Sizzino.com by email to [email protected] Buyer pays for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs of return are non-refundable. You should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Bear in mind that parcels disappear sometimes, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you have sent it without tracking number.

Typically, the manuals for the products at Sizzino.com will be in English. However, it is not always accompanied by manuals. This is not something we can guarantee, as it is not Sizzino.com, which produces the products in the web shop.

Individual information

Sizzino.com is responsible for handling the personal information provided by our customers. We treat all customer personal information strictly confidential. The information is stored for 5 years in accordance with the legislation. We follow the Personal Data Act, which means that you have the right to gain insight into the information we have about you as a customer. Personal information is kept unencrypted. You can access the information by sending an email to our customer service ([email protected]). Only persons associated with Sizzino.com have access to this data, (your orders, as well as which addresses you could have ordered goods to).

Cookies

At Sizzino.com we use Google Analytics. Therefore, when you visit Sizzino.com, a cookie will be stored on your computer that collects information about the user behaviour on our website. Including what sources visitors come from, the number of visitors and so on. We only use Google Analytics to gain insights into user preferences to increase user-friendliness in our web shop. Google Analytics does not allow the collection of personal information such as name, email address, etc.
